Tampines Eco Green

Tampines Green Eco Park is probably the top rated park in Singapore as it is unlike any other nature park we have visited.

First, it is a 36.5-hectare ecological park that resembles swamps and freshwater ponds on a savannah. Not only that, most of the park's land remains undeveloped.

This park is about 3 kilometers long, and the walking time is between 1.5 to 2 hours. The terrain is flat and it is very suitable for hiking with children.

It is recommended to go to 7 o'clock in the evening, because the park has no street lights at night, and this also minimizes the disturbance to wild animals and nearby residents.

Address: Tampines Avenue 9 and Tampines Avenue 12

02

Changi Beach Park

One of the oldest coastal parks on the northeastern tip of Singapore, Changi Beach features stretches of pristine white sand lined with coconut palms. There are also BBQ grills, park benches and resting pavilions in the perimeter.

The uniqueness of Changi Beach is that it is one of the only two remaining natural beaches in Singapore, the other is Sembawang Beach, and it is the site of the Suzheng massacre. If you want to take your children to learn about world history, then you can Come here to find the World War II commemorative plaque.

In addition, Changi Beach has an advantage. It is also a beach, but it is not as crowded as East Coast Park. There are many beautiful small shells, and there are long beaches that enter the sea, which are very suitable for catching the sea and digging "treasures". The park is 3.3 kilometers long, and it is also very suitable for taking children to ride bicycles~
