		Rotational moulding is a process of creating plastic parts in different shapes. Molds are first filled with small plastic pellets. The mould is then heated and rotated, using centrifugal force to coat the inner walls of the molds with plastic. The stainless steel workshop is mainly for grinding, cutting, welding, polishing and steel pipe replacement for stainless steel materials.
The blow molding workshop is used for the molding of plastic products. The blow molding mold is relatively simple, and the product is blown out of shape with air. It is suitable for products with simple shapes, mainly producing small slides, small swings, rocking horses, fences and other products.
The non-standard workshop has a relatively large space and produces customized products. General materials are produced in other workshops and then transported to the non-standard workshop for processing and assembly.
The rotomolding workshop is also a plastic workshop, but the molding process of plastic products is different from blow molding, and the products produced are also different. The rotomolding products are relatively large, and the plastic particles are put into the mold to heat, and then the mold is continuously rolled to make the plastic and The inner wall of the mold is attached to the mold.
The paint shop is used for product painting, and the staff in the paint shop will wear gas masks.
The wooden workshop mainly produces and processes various wooden products, including wood cutting, grinding, and molding.
The soft package workshop is mainly for soft products, wrapping PVC or PU leather on the outside of the processed wood.
The steel processed in the stainless steel workshop is reprocessed in the iron workshop, including modeling, to make the preliminary shape of the product.
