Q What’s the difference between accessible and inclusive?
A There are a lot of words being used to describe building a space for people of all abilities. In our vernacular, accessible simply means you can “get there,” and is generally directed toward people who use mobility devices. Inclusive encompasses access, but also includes “what happens once you get there.” Inclusive means ensuring that ALL people can enjoy the space intuitively, taking into account every ability, disability, age, and comfort level. No one is more vested in building meaningful inclusive play and recreation spaces than Chowchow, from conducting the first scholarly research on inclusive play, to developing ground breaking innovations to break down barriers in play and recreation, to designing programs to help educate and foster friendships between people of all abilities on the playground.

Q Is a playground high-maintenance?
A Its no secret that playgrounds require regular maintenance, but the level of maintenance can vary based on the types of surfacing and equipment selected. However, no matter how low maintenance a playground is, someone on your staff should be running weekly walk-throughs to prevent injuries.

Q How can I make my playground educational?
A Playgrounds have become so educational it might be difficult to keep education out of the playground. There are panels that teach everything from new languages to basic math concepts. A playground doesn’t have to be a brainless physical place of activity, it can be a place of learning as well.

Q How can I interest children to play on a playground?
A Encouraging children to play outside can be difficult if the playground doesn’t have equipment that they want to play on our is just boring. By selecting boldly colored and a variety of equipment can be the first step in getting children playing. The second would be to incorporate some sort of intriguing design into a poured in place surface that can sparks their imaginations before even setting foot in the playground.

Q How I know the design is good?
A This is good question, Because you the success of business will be relay on it. The most important is play ability not appearance, it is what inside not what look outside; it is variety not theme, it is well planed with party, rest area, reception. It is most be suitable and take care of player in different ages

Q What's your delivery time ?
A Normally for outdoor play structures only 15 days. For indoor playground equipment takes about 20-60 working days (Depend on design and our production plan)

Q Is it difficult to install? Do you have installation manual? Or do you send your own workers over to help install the Indoor Playgound ? What's the cost?
A The installation manual will be sent after the Indoor Playground is produce completed. So you can do installation by our guidance, But if playground bigger than 150m2, we strongly suggest let’s our installer take care for you.
Tips: Most of buyer from Europe prefer do install by themself; Buyer from USA always prefer do install by us.
The installation cost will be stated clearly in our sales contract.
