1. Trampoline park business license

For example, in China, if your trampoline park is located below the first floor and above the third floor, please check your business license to see if it contains the word "children". If not, congratulations; if so, find a way. Removal is strictly prohibited by the fire protection requirements of trampoline parks. 2. Quality inspection report of equipment
The manufacturer of the equipment you purchase needs to provide a valid quality inspection report. If the equipment you purchase does not have such a report, there is no need to talk about safety.
3. Disclaimer Agreement
The disclaimer agreement is also called the risk notification. It is a document that every visitor must sign. The significance of this document is to inform the details of the possible safety risks that may occur during sports in the venue. The venue has fully informed everyone who enters. Prohibited items require the signature of an independent adult or guardian entering the venue. ID number, name, and contact information are all required.
4. Contents of Admission Instructions
Matters prohibited from entering the venue must be fully and clearly publicized and placed in a conspicuous location. The China Trampoline Skills Association has released an official version in Chinese and English. You can refer to it and add or optimize the content according to the characteristics of your own venue. But be sure to be eye-catching!
5. Display of trampoline skills and dangerous moves
All dangerous actions should be displayed in the venue in the form of pictures, texts or videos, and prohibitive regulations must be made in an eye-catching way.
6. Warm-up exercises before entry
This is something that must be done. The practical significance is greater than the formal significance, and it can help players reduce sports injuries. In a formal sense, there must be a camera facing the warm-up area. This is for the purpose of retaining our evidence in the future in case of emergency.
7. Introduction to functional projects
In the trampoline park, each functional item has an introduction, introducing the name of the item, correct gameplay, prohibited actions and precautions. For example, the introduction to the professional trampoline in our park reads as follows: non-professionals are prohibited from entering this area. If you need to enter and experience it, please do so under the guidance of a professional instructor.
8. Business qualifications
The trampoline safety instructor certificate and safety supervisor certificate are necessary qualifications for the venue, so if these are not available, it will be useless no matter how well you have done in the past.
9. Trampoline park insurance
As trampoline park investors, we need to buy a basic insurance called venue public liability insurance. As the name suggests, the main function of this insurance is to delineate a range for your park. As long as a safety accident occurs to the public entering it, it will be covered by the insurance claim. However, there are 3 main points to note when purchasing this type of insurance:
(1) What is the total insured amount of the venue? It is recommended not to be less than 5 million.
(2)What is the compensation amount per person per accident? It is recommended not to be less than 300,000.
(3)How much content is covered? Are there any restrictions?
These are all things we need to consider and choose the appropriate insurance according to different countries and insurance companies.
10. Humanitarian care
If a customer is injured in our trampoline park, we must accompany him for treatment, hospitalization, etc., and provide humanitarian care such as condolences and coordination of claims settlements based on the actual situation to minimize the negative impact of the venue.
