Sengkang Riverside Park

Sengkang Riverside Park is a constructed wetland with rich biota. The park consists of three areas: the visitor center, the civic activity lawn and the largest man-made wetland in Singapore - Sengkang Floating Island. Here, you can take your kids on a wildlife discovery tour.

Sengkang Sculpture Park

Sengkang Sculpture Park is located near the north gate of Compassvale. The sculpture theme is marine life and fishing, which is a tribute to the history of the fishing village.

Every sculpture in the park can interact freely... It is very suitable for lively children to play here~

In addition, the park has two playgrounds, the larger of which is located in the main part of the park, near the Cove Food Court.

Bishan - Ang Mo Kio Park

The artificial canals that once crossed two old Bishan Parks have now become a natural and meandering river full of aquatic life.

There are two playgrounds, a dog walk, and a new playground with accessible rides including a wheelchair-accessible carousel and swings for children with special needs to play with their peers.

There is also a pond garden and a rock climbing wall, where children can use ropes to climb.

MacRitchie Reservoir

Bring the children here to have a close contact with the vegetation, a very beautiful parent-child time~

There are two boardwalks on MacRitchie where you can explore new things on foot with the kids, each taking about an hour of walking. It was an easy walk as it was mostly on the boardwalk from start to finish.

TreeTop Walk

The TreeTop Walkway is the highlight of several long-distance hiking routes in MacRitchie Reservoir Park, a 250m long free-standing suspension bridge where parents and children can take a bird's-eye view of the forest canopy and maybe spot a lizard, sun skink, plantain squirrel or long tail macaque~

Bukit Timah Nature Reserve

Bukit Timah Nature Reserve is the only mountain diptero forest in Singapore. This is the tallest mountain in Singapore - Bukit Timah Hill is 163m high and it is home to over 840 species of flowering plants and over 500 species of animals.

Hindhede Nature Park

The scenery is beautiful and peaceful, and it is a great place for bird watching, hiking and enjoying nature.

The park has easy trails and walks and is ideal for families with young children and the elderly. The beautiful Hindhede Quarry attracts many stars to check in here.

Thomson Nature Park

Even if there is no children's playground, it is still worth a visit for parents to bring their children.

Thomson Nature Park is home to the remains of an old Hainanese village in the 1930s. The 50-hectare park is rich in cultural heritage, so take your kids to see the life of kampongs in Singapore in the 1960s~

Windsor Nature Park

Windsor Nature Park is located on Venus Avenue in the Upper Thomson area and covers an area of 75 hectares.

Ang Mo Kio Town Garden West

Built on a lush hill, Ang Mo Kio Town Garden West is a nice relaxing sanctuary. Visitors can also climb 120 stairs to reach the plaza area and enjoy the scenery of Garden West in Ang Mo Kio Town.

Ang Mo Kio Linear Park & Luxus Hills Park

Luxus Hills Park is a large negative ion park with a high green coverage, just next to No. 5 Amaoqiao Avenue.

It has a small playground for children to play, not far from the natural amusement park, where children can climb freely and jump on the logs.

Singapore Botanic Gardens

The Singapore Botanic Garden is the only tropical garden listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you come here to walk your baby, we recommend Como Adventure Grove, where children can learn about animals and plants and experience the wonders of nature~

Jacob Ballas Children's Garden

This is the first garden specially designed for children in Asia. After the renovation in 2017, it has become the largest children's garden in Asia. There is also a new forest playground nearby!

This 4-hectare garden is full of fun features and amenities, such as the Sensory Garden, where children can have an authentic experience of Alice in Wonderland. Other popular attractions include the water play area and the awesome tree house with a spiral slide.

Rumah Tinggi Eco Park

Rumah Tinggi Eco Park is a 1.3-hectare park located between the Alexandra Road business district and the HDB block. The distance to the park is not long, so it is suitable for short trips with children.

Tucked behind the Borneo car is a quiet outdoor playground with a treehouse and log theme. The playground has a rustic design and is made of logs and tree trunks.

Tiong Bahru Park

The park is a short distance from Tiong Bahru Square, and the huge inclined train in the Adventure Playground is the highlight of the park.

With the engine and four carriages in a sloping position, kids can board and try to pass the train. There are also various entrances and slides on the train, and this is a favorite climbing facility for the kids! Other attractions in the park include a vintage carousel and a mini maze.

Toa Payoh Town Park

A simple and unpretentious park, Toa Payoh Town Park was a popular spot for outdoor wedding photography in the 70s.

Even though there is no playground here, the park retains its charm, with a large gazebo and landscaped pond.

Dairy Farm Nature Park

The 63-hectare Dairy Farm Nature Park is a recreation of the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, and it has two cycling paths that offer stunning views of the quarry along the way.

For a bit of relaxation, head to the Wallace Trail at Dairy Farms Nature Park. The 1-kilometer-long trail is not too difficult to walk, and you will also encounter crystal clear winding streams, where children can dip their feet in the water to cool off~

Additionally, there is the Wallace Environmental Learning Laboratory (WELL), where children can learn about the changing history of the dairy farm and Bukit Timah Nature Reserve through a variety of exhibits.

Chestnut Nature Park

The park has two areas – South Park and North Park. Cessna South Park is Singapore's first nature park with separate mountain biking trails and hiking trails, while Cessna North Park (North) is by far the largest nature park in Singapore!

The northbound trail is 3.5 kilometers long and the southbound trail is 2.1 kilometers long, so the entire 5.6 kilometers can easily be covered in one day.

Leaping over logs, giant tree roots, boulders and climbing stone steps can also inspire young children to hike more than boring flat terrain~

Zhenghua Nature Park

Zhenghua Park is located in Bukit Panjang and is about 2.5 kilometers long. It is a nature reserve in Singapore and one of the favorite playgrounds for children.

The playground is located behind the 248 block of Bangkit Road and has climbing nets and slides for older children. In addition, the entire playground is built on a giant sandbox to inspire children to play some imaginative games~

Jurong Lake Gardens

The 53-hectare lakeside garden is a huge park, perfect for family holiday activities ~ there is a 2.3-hectare playground inside.

There are also water play areas in the park - a tidal play pool and a sand play pool. Children can walk along the gentle slope into the tidal play pool. Water regularly spews up the steps, raising the water level (up to 30cm deep), giving the kids a chance to learn about the natural tidal cycle!
